From Concept to Reality
Consultation & Tech Pack
We review your designs, tech packs, or reference images. We discuss fabric choices, sizing, branding placements, and provide a clear quote and timeline.
Pattern Making
Our expert CAD pattern makers create precise digital patterns tailored to your required size charts, ensuring a consistent and accurate fit across all sizes.
Pre-Production Sample
Before any bulk manufacturing begins, we create a physical sample. We ship this to you for inspection. You approve the fit, fabric, and print, or request modifications.
Sourcing & Cutting
Upon sample approval, bulk fabric is sourced and inspected. The fabric is then precision-cut using automated laser cutters to match the approved patterns perfectly.
Printing & Sewing
Fabric panels undergo sublimation, screen printing, or embroidery. Finally, our skilled stitching teams assemble the panels using reinforced stitching techniques.
QC, Packing & Delivery
Every piece goes through strict QC. They are pressed, tagged, folded, and packed into custom polybags. The cargo is then dispatched via DHL, FedEx, or freight.
