Quality Assurance

Uncompromising standards at every step. Quality isn't just a final check—it's built into our process.

Zero Compromise

At Deesha Industries, we implement an AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standard across our manufacturing lines. We understand that a single loose thread or misaligned print reflects poorly on your brand, which is why we've established a rigorous 4-stage inspection protocol.

01. Fabric Inspection

Before cutting begins, all rolls of fabric are passed through inspection machines. We check for color consistency, fabric weight (GSM), dye migration, stretch recovery, and any weaving defects.

02. In-Line Checking

During the sewing phase, our roving QC managers inspect panels directly on the production line. This prevents accumulation of errors and ensures seam strength, stitch count, and needle precision are maintained.

03. Final Garment QC

Once the garment is fully assembled, it undergoes a 100% manual inspection. We verify sizing tolerances against the tech pack, check branding placements, test zippers/drawstrings, and trim any loose threads.

04. Packaging Verification

The final step ensures the product is flawlessly folded, correctly tagged, and securely placed in its designated polybag before being packed into moisture-resistant export cartons.
